Power Play – Building Strong Teams

“LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology uses LEGO® bricks to help people communicate, solve problems, and think creatively”

Imagine a team building workshop where everyone gets to really understand themselves and their team members better, while they PLAY! Research tells us that when we use our hands to create and strategize, it helps us explain our ideas more clearly and remember them better. This leads to deeper conversations, breakthrough ideas, and better teamwork. By participating in this session that uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and materials, your team can tap into this creative process to spark innovation and strengthen collaboration like never before! But that’s not all… We’ve combined this with CliftonStrengths®. Teams who know their CliftonStrengths® and use them are more likely to be highly productive, collaborate effectively, experience higher team morale, and achieve better results by leveraging each member’s unique talents

About the CliftonStrengths® Assessment and Team Building Session:

Step 1: Take the Assessment

All team members will take the CliftonStrengths® online assessment. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete on the Gallup website. Once completed, the assessment will show you the ranking order of your TOP 5 strengths in a comprehensive report format. The combinations of strengths are unique to each person. The report helps delegates see how their unique strengths are contributing to their success in the team.

Step 2: Attend the Session

Here’s what unfolds during the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop:

    1. Engaging Questions and Challenges: The facilitator presents questions or challenges to spark creativity and discussion.
    2. Building Models: Participants use LEGO® bricks to build models that represent their ideas in response to the questions posed.
    3. Sharing Stories: Each participant shares the story behind their model, explaining how it reflects their thoughts and perspectives.
    4. Reflection and Discussion: Together, the group reflects on the models and stories shared, fostering deeper understanding and collaboration.
